Sydney based boutique property group required an energetic boost in their corporate branding and property marketing. With increasing local competition, Kho & Lee Property Group needed to be more challenging when it came to there overall image. The boutique real estate group was currently successful, with a large loyal customer base as well as international clients. But wanted to expand and focus more on the higher end sales and commercial market.
Requirements were very specific so it was very important to focus on the character and personality of the brand. Also, to translate the rebrand on all forms of corporate and property marketing, catering for the large number of templates used.
What resulted was a clean, fresh and sophisticated brand design. Arrow heading the character and vision of Kho & Lee Property Group.
Visually strong logo identity that integrates conceptual shapes with the company name. Complementing this with the poly patterned background and company strap-line gave this new branding flexibility. The rebrand included updating the design of corporate books, agent collateral, print advertising, signboards, property brochures and office shopfront.
