Ray White Commercial required a designed information memorandum document for a key property development in Sydney’s CBD. The challenge was that the document had a range of content that needed to be displayed in a more interesting fashion. A focus on the “lifestyle” and location was to be a focus throughout the design.
What resulted was a clean, visually designed document. Creating it’s own brand lockup but at the same time keeping the Ray White commercial branding. The document used several copy quotes supported by lifestyle visuals to sell the emotional aspect of the location.
An online one-page scrollable version was developed for the option of viewing on mobile and tablet.
